1. Choose the right weave texture
The secret to a natural result begins with choosing the right texture.
Curly hair 3A to 3B: Opt for curls that resemble your own curl pattern, like the Mulatto Curl.
⚠️ If your hair has loose curls, avoid tight curls that will create too strong a contrast.
Coily/kinky hair 4A to 4C: Kinky Curly, Coolie weaves, etc. are perfect for a uniform look. They blend easily with your natural hair and add volume.
✅ However, if you have tight curls (4A-4C), you can opt for weaves with looser curls. There are two methods to blend your hair: laying it down with wax or straightening it.
2. Blend your hair with the weave
For some people to believe it's your own hair, the essential solution is to find the right technique to blend your hair with the weave. And to do this, you need to proceed step by step.
A. Find your weave category
Straight Texture (Straight, Body wave): Obviously, you need to straighten your hair
⚠️But without wax or other products, as this will give a "stiff" look and, in addition, you will damage your hair if you go over it with a straightener again.
Wavy Texture (Wavy, Deep wave): Opt for a curling iron, to harmonize the texture with your hair
Curly / Kinky Texture (Kinky curly, Burmese curly...) : For these textures, the use of mousse, curl-activating cream, and styling wax is essential.
B. Find your curl type
💡 Tip : Here are the different curl types; take a strand of your hair and find yours:

Once you have all this information, here are some techniques you should apply to blend your hair with your curly weave:
If you have 3A to 3C hair:
Use curl-activating mousse on the weave (Mulatto Curl ), and curl-activating cream on your hair. When applying, use a brush specially designed for curly hair and comb it from root to tip.
⚠️ Do not use wax except on your Baby Hairs

If you have 4A hair:
Use curl-activating cream on your hair and the weave if you have opted for the Coolie texture, as it has tight but flexible curls that you need to define for a natural look.
If you've chosen a Kinky curly texture, use mousse on your hair and the weave instead, as it will add volume to your hair and align with the texture.
For the Mulatto Curl texture, use curl-activating gel on your hair and mousse on the weave, or opt to straighten your hair.
⚠️ Do not use product on your hair when straightening it
If you have 4B to 4C hair:
If you have Kinky curly hair, use curl-activating cream on your hair and mousse on your weave. As your hair has tight and voluminous curls, this technique will harmonize your hairstyle.
For a Coolie texture, use wax on the roots of your hair and curl-activating gel on the lengths of your hair. Use cream on the weave.
For the Mulatto Curl texture, use wax on the roots of your hair and gel on your lengths, use mousse for the weave, or opt to straighten your hair.
💡Tip: To relax your hair even more, after applying a product, add a little wax to the length.
